Fri, May 3: Confirm Sponsor Display

Having a sponsor display in the GreenFin 24 Sponsor Pavilion is a great way to connect with attendees and promote your company's sustainable finance initiatives. Email your customer success manager to confirm or decline your Sponsor Pavilion display space. Note the use of our complimentary furniture and logo sign is required. Fri, May 17: Submit Logo & Company Info

*This deadline is for all sponsors*

Send your logo and company info (description, website, social links, and contact info) to your customer success manager as soon as possible and by this date at the latest for inclusion on the event website and printed sponsor signage. Logos submitted after this date may not be included on onsite signage. Here are the specifications of the items needed:

• Logo: one horizontal colored logo (vector file: .EPS or .AI)

• Description (optional): one paragraph of company description, 920 characters with spaces max

• Website (optional): one website link, must start with “https://”

• Social links (optional): X, Facebook and/or LinkedIn link

• Contact info (optional): email (only one allowed)

Fri, May 17: Submit Social Post Copy & Image

*This deadline is for some sponsors depending on your contract*

Sponsored social posts will be shared on the GreenBiz X, Facebook and LinkedIn pages once in the lead up to the event. Send your social post copy and image (optional) to your customer success manager by this date. The copy must be 255 characters with spaces or less and include the following intro: "We are thankful to have @(company's social handle) as a sponsor of #GreenFin24." and end with “#sponsored.” The copy you add must be in third person and a link to either your website or the event website is required. The image specifications are listed below. If you do not provide an image, GreenBiz will use a generic event image.

• Image dimensions: Minimum 600x335 pixels (Recommended 1200x628 pixels)

• Image file size: Max 3MB

• File types: .PNG, .JPEG or .GIF

• Image source: Image must be owned by your company

Thurs, May 23: Book Hotel Rooms

*This deadline is for all sponsors*

Book your hotel rooms at hotels near the event venue (the Javits Center) at the special GreenBiz rates here as soon as possible. These rates are available until this date and are subject to availability. Do not wait to book! These rooms will sell out early, and we unfortunately cannot save rooms for sponsors. Fri, May 24: Complete Zero Waste Survey

All display sponsors must review the zero waste guidelines and complete the zero waste survey to understand what can and cannot be brought to the event and confirm compliance with our zero waste policies. You can find the Zero Waste Guidelines and Survey here.

Fri, May 24: Submit Video Ad

This is a hard deadline for video ads as we need ample time to insert and test the video on our streaming platform. Send your video file in one of the following formats to your customer success manager. You can see examples of prior video ads here.

• MP4 file: 1920x1080px, 30fps, H2.264 10MB,  AAC 48kHz Stereo 192kbps, captions burned in (if desired)

• MOV file: 1920x1080px, 30fps, ProRes 422 LT,  Linear PCM 16bit 48kHz, captions burned in (if desired)

Fri, May 31: Order Extra Sponsor Display Materials

If your company needs to order monitors, extra power, extra furniture, ethernet, or other sponsor display materials, please do so by this date. Vendor contact info and product information is listed here.

Fri, Jun 7: Register Passes

*This deadline is for all sponsors*

Please register your team following these directions. Note, there is no real deadline for registering passes, but we recommend doing so as soon as possible as paid passes are likely to sell out a couple weeks before the event. Complimentary sponsor and speaker pass registrations, however, will continue to be accepted.
