Reserving Your Display Space
Having a sponsor display in the GreenFin 24 Sponsor Pavilion is a great way to engage with attendees and promote your company's sustainable finance initiatives.
Please let your customer success manager know by May 3 if your company intends to use your sponsor display space in the GreenFin 24 Sponsor Pavilion. Note use of the complimentary furniture and logo sign is required for this event due to venue regulations (see the Complimentary Sponsor Display Materials section below for more details).
Please also make sure to review the Zero Waste Guidelines and take the Zero Waste Survey (available early-May) by May 24. Reviewing the guidelines and taking the survey is required for all display sponsors.
Complimentary Sponsor Display Materials
GreenBiz provides the following sponsor display items at no additional charge. Please see the Extra Display Materials section below for extra items your team can purchase to make your sponsor display unique.
Sponsor display space - All sponsor display spaces will be 6’Wx6’D with a height limit of 8’. Please note the display size listed in your contract may be outdated. Please see your sponsorship kick-off email for your finalized display size. All sponsor displays for this event will be located indoors in the fourth floor foyer (see pictures below). GreenBiz will be sending all display sponsors the Sponsor Pavilion floorplan to choose their display location in late-April. If you have questions about your display space, please contact your customer success manager.
Furniture - One counter (40″W × 20″D × 42″H) and one stool will be provided per sponsor display (pictured below). Please note you must use this complimentary furniture, as you will not be allowed to order different furniture per venue policies.
Logo sign - A simple placard sign featuring your company logo will be provided and affixed to the front of your counter (pictured below). All sponsors are required to have this logo sign on the front of their counter.

GreenFin 24 Trivia Game Question (only for Foundational, Premier & Supporting Sponsors) - High-level sponsors have the opportunity to participate in an interactive trivia game designed to boost traffic to sponsor displays during the event. Submit an industry or company related question to your customer success manager and they will add it as a question to our trivia game, which will be promoted to all attendees and hosted on the conference app, Whova. To answer the questions, attendees will be encouraged to visit the sponsor displays. The attendee who submits the most correct answers will win a complimentary all-access pass for a future GreenBiz event. If you would like to participate, please submit the following to your customer success manager by June 7:
One (1) question: 200 characters with spaces max
Answers: must be true/false, or single select, multiple choice (no free-text answers) with a max of 6 answer options
Image (optional): JPG or PNG (no preferred dimensions - can crop to fit image)
Flooring - Your sponsor display space will have a light gray/blue carpet built in (pictured below). Display sponsors are allowed to order different flooring for installation if desired, but please note you will need to send your customer success manager specifications and photos of your plan for your display flooring no later than April 19 to be approved by the venue. Please also note it cannot damage the venue carpet (a protective covering is strongly recommended). Any damage expenses incurred will need to be paid for by the sponsor. See the Extra Sponsor Display Materials section below for more details.
WiFi - GreenBiz will have our own WiFi network available to connect to at the event free of charge. If your sponsor display depends on fast and reliable internet, however, we recommend purchasing an ethernet cord. See the Extra Sponsor Display Materials section below for more details.
Power - A 5 AMP outlet with one power drop (containing 4 power plugs) will be provided at the back of each sponsor display, see the Extra Sponsor Display Materials section below for options on purchasing extra power if needed.
Security - A security guard will be posted in the Sponsor Pavilion areas from Jun 16 - 19 after event hours (7pm - 7:30am).
Promo image - GreenBiz has created promo images and event copy here to make it easy for display sponsors to promote their participation in the GreenFin 24 Sponsor Pavilion. Please feel free to use these materials to share the word and invite your networks to visit your sponsor display!

Extra Sponsor Display Materials
To ensure display sponsors’ exact needs are met, the sponsors are responsible for ordering any desired extra display items. Please note the extra materials that display sponsors can bring are limited due to venue restrictions. All sponsor displays will be limited to the complimentary furniture provided from our event decorator, CSI, a monitor, tablet or laptop, up to two small (~2ft wide) pull up banners, and whatever materials (e.g. zero waste giveaways) you choose to have on the counter. If you'd like to bring anything additional (e.g. a larger banner), please note it will need to be approved by your customer success manager and the venue no later than April 19. Please note that this venue is unionized and all sponsor display materials must be transferred to your display space via union labor (unless your team members plan on bringing them inside via hand or suitcase and won't be using a loading dock). Please see more details regarding union labor in the "Set-Up and Close-Down Procedures" section below.
Extra Furniture, Union Labor, and more - One counter (40″W × 20″D × 42″H) and one stool will be provided, complimentary, per sponsor display. Again, please note this is the only kind of furniture display sponsors are allowed to use, and they are required. The only extra furniture display sponsors are allowed to order is one more stool due to venue restrictions. To order an additional stool, please email exhibitorservices@csiworldwide.net by June 5. You will need your sponsor display #. Display furniture will be set up on June 15.
Monitors, tablets & laptops - To order a monitor, tablet, laptop and other AV, please fill out and submit this Order Form to ETS. You will need your sponsor display #. Note all of these orders will be set up on Saturday, June 15 from 3-5pm and picked up on Wednesday, Jun 19 from 5-7pm. The advance order rate deadline is May 22, 2024.
Printed signage - Your team can order printed signage from CSI. You can find information on their products and services on their exhibitor services manual here. The discount deadline is June 5.
Ethernet cord - GreenBiz will have our own WiFi network available to connect to at the event free of charge. If your display depends on fast and reliable internet, however, we recommend placing an order for an ethernet cord via this Javits Center’s online ordering portal, Jake (display # needed for “location/booth ID”). The deadline to order within advanced rates is June 3. If you have any questions, please contact the Javits Center’s Exhibitor Solutions Team at 877.452.8487 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Eastern Time) or at services@javitscenter.com.
Extra power - A 5-AMP outlet with one power block (containing 4 power plugs) will be provided, complimentary, at the back of each display. Please place an order via this Javits Center’s online ordering portal, Jake, if your team needs more power for your sponsor display (display # needed for “location/booth ID”). The deadline to order within advanced rates is June 3. If you have any questions, please contact the Javits Center’s Exhibitor Solutions Team at 877.452.8487 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Eastern Time) or at services@javitscenter.com.
Extension cord - RECOMMENDED. If your team is bringing your own electronic device (monitor, laptop, etc), we highly recommend bringing or renting a 10+ ft extension cord. You can rent an extension cord via the Javits Center’s online ordering portal, Jake, here. You will need your sponsor display #. The deadline to order within advanced rates is June 3.
LeadCapture - Track, score, and export leads during GreenFin 24 with LeadCapture. LeadCapture is a smartphone app that allows you to scan event badge QR codes and electronically transfer the information to your lead retrieval system, eliminating the hassle (and paper waste) of managing business cards. Please see this Order Form for more information and to sign-up. There is no deadline to order. Directions on how to use LeadCapture once purchased can be found here.
Note our conference app, Whova, allows display sponsors to scan attendee QR codes on the app for free. This will only work, however, with attendee QR codes on the Whova app. It will NOT work with the QR codes on attendee badges. We therefore recommend purchasing LeadCapture for a more seamless scanning experience.
Sponsor Pavilion Schedule & Passes
The GreenFin 24 Sponsor Pavilion will be held in the Floor 4 foyers (see map here) and will be open for all attendees to visit throughout the event (starting at 12pm on Jun 17). Although sponsor displays will be accessible throughout the event, we encourage your team to only staff your display during the following times so they can also participate in content sessions (if their pass allows).
Please note that sponsor display set-up is at a different time this year. Set-up will take place the morning of the first day of the event instead of the day before in recognition of Father’s day on June 16.
Each organization with a sponsor display gets 2 Sponsor Pavilion passes (unless noted otherwise in your contract). Please see the Registration tab for information on registering these passes. Team members or vendors that are solely onsite to set-up/close-down your sponsor display do not need to register.

Set-Up & Close-Down Procedures
Load-in/Load-out - Loading dock
All display sponsors transporting display materials by truck should load-in and load-out their materials at the event venue's loading dock. You do NOT need to schedule load-in/load-out times for this event. Please just make sure to arrive at the marshaling yard within the allotted set-up/close-down times (7-11am on June 17 for set-up and 11:30am-3pm on June 19 for close-down).
All display sponsors using the loading dock must use union labor to unload and transfer their materials to their display. This service will be provided automatically upon arriving at the loading dock. Display sponsors will be charged for this service via CSI Worldwide. More information is available on the CSI Exhibitor Services Manual.
Loading dock directions
Please have your driver pull in at the SOUTH driver check-in on 12th avenue between West 35th Street and West 36th Street to check in with CSI. Once the CSI team gives the green light, your driver will pull into the loading dock at 369 12th Avenue. The CSI team will then direct them to the loading dock and freight elevator on level three of the north side of the building (near dock #40).
Load-in/Load-out - North Javits main entrance/parking garage
If your team does not ship display materials to the venue or use the marshaling yard and your materials do not require more than one person and more than one trip to transport in and out of the venue, you will be able to hand carry materials through the North Javits Center main entrance. No hand carts are allowed, but you are welcome to use suitcases. All other deliveries and unloading must be done at the loading dock.
Please just make sure to load-in/load-out during the set-up and close-down times listed in the Sponsor Pavilion Schedule section above. Your sponsor display can be located onsite by referencing the floorplan, which will be emailed to your team about 5 weeks before the event.
The recommended parking ramp to use if your team hand carries materials in and out of the North Javits building is the MPG Parking Javits Center at 651 W 33rd Street. Display sponsors using the parking garage and hand-carrying their materials do NOT need to use union labor. Information for other nearby parking garages can be found at this link, including FAQ and parking fee rates. An interactive map showing available nearby parking ramps can be found at this link. Please share these links with your team.
Setting-up/closing down your sponsor display
All display sponsors must hire union labor for all display installation and dismantle labor unless your installation/dismantle does not require the use of tools, more than one person and can be accomplished in 30 minutes or less. The handling or setting out of merchandise to be displayed does not require union labor and may be done by the display sponsor. Fill out the CSI Display Labor order form here and send it to exhibitorservices@csiworldwide.net by June 5 to hire union labor for setting-up/closing-down your sponsor display within advanced rates.
Shipping & Storage Info
We are working with the event decorator, CSI Worldwide, for your shipping needs, including shipping display materials to and from the event venue. Please reference their Exhibitor Services Manual here and sections below for shipping and pricing information, contact information and more.
Shipping instructions
You will be able to ship your freight to the venue or to CSI’s advance shipping warehouse. Full instructions can be found on the Exhibitor Services Manual here.
Delivering packages to your sponsor display
All packages shipped through CSI will be delivered directly to your display space. The CSI Exhibitor Services Manual includes full material handling and union labor information and options. All packages will be delivered on June 15. If you do not see your packages at your display space when you arrive, please see CSI at their onsite service desk.
Storing packaging materials during the event
CSI will have a dedicated and secure area for storing small to medium sponsor display packaging materials during the event. If your team would like to store any materials, you will need to coordinate and pay for this service directly with CSI. To do so, please go to CSI’s onsite service desk and get empty stickers. The storage area will NOT be accessible for display sponsors to go in and out of throughout the event. It will only be accessible during display set-up and close-down.
Shipping packages after the event
If you would like your sponsor display items or other packages picked-up by CSI from your display, please call CSI exhibitor services at (888) 274-3976 or visit the CSI service desk at the event for more information and price quotes. You will need to fill out CSI’s Material Handling form and Outbound Bills of Lading, and these can be accessed onsite at CSI’s service desk. After the event, CSI can deliver freight to their warehouse, store freight, or reload freight on outbound carriers to ship to your specified destination. More information is available on the CSI Exhibitor Services Manual here.
Pricing & payment options
Display sponsors are responsible for coordinating payment for all shipping services with the event decorator, CSI. Please see the Exhibitor Services Manual here for pricing and full information for CSI services.

Sponsor Pavilion Policies & Considerations
Union labor: This venue is unionized, so your team will need to use union labor to transfer items to/from your sponsor display as well as set-up/close-down your sponsor display. There are limited exceptions to this policy. Please see the Set-Up & Close-Down Procedures section above for more information.
Finding your sponsor display: Displays will be located in the fourth floor foyers of the North Javits Center (see map here). GreenBiz will be sending all display sponsors the Sponsor Pavilion floorplan to choose their display location in late-April. The floorplan will also be available on the conference app for attendees to reference during the event.
Sponsor display numbers: Display numbers will be assigned for this event and they will be viewable on the Sponsor Pavilion floorplan, which will be emailed to all display sponsors in late-April. Display numbers do not need to be listed on shipping labels or most order forms, however, so you do not need to wait to receive the floorplan to ship or order items.
Sponsor display size: All sponsor display spaces will be 6’Wx6’D with a height limit of 8'. If you have questions about your display size, please contact your customer success manager.
Ground structures & rigging policies: If your team plans on building any ground structures in your display (including banners larger than ~2ft wide), please note you will need to send the build plans and details to your customer success manager no later than April 19 for review. Note rigging/hanging anything from the ceiling is NOT allowed.
Setting-up/closing-down your sponsor display: All display sponsors must hire union labor for all display installation and dismantle labor unless your installation/dismantle does not require the use of tools, more than one person and can be accomplished in 30 minutes or less. The handling or setting out of merchandise to be displayed does not require union labor and may be done by the displayer. Fill out the CSI Display Labor order form on page 16 of the Exhibitor Services Manual here and send it to exhibitorservices@csiworldwide.net by June 5 to hire union labor for setting-up/closing-down your display within advanced rates.
What you should bring: Please note the materials that display sponsors can bring are limited due to venue restrictions. All sponsor displays will be limited to the complimentary furniture provided from our event decorator, CSI, a monitor, tablet or laptop, up to two small (~2ft wide) pull up banners, and whatever materials (e.g. zero waste giveaways) you choose to have on the counter. If you'd like to bring anything additional (e.g. a larger banner), please note it will need to be approved by the venue, and you must send photos and dimensions of these additional items to your customer success manager no later than April 19. Please note that all materials must fit within your sponsor display space.
Giveaways: In order to reach our zero waste goal, GreenBiz is implementing a strict zero-waste policy for this event. Please review the Zero Waste section below for guidelines on acceptable giveaways and other display materials. Display sponsors can use the conference app (to be available here under the “More” tab one month before the event) to share digital (rather than printed) materials with attendees.
Food & beverages: Please note only food & beverages provided through the venue’s catering department OR samples of food/beverage products that your company owns are allowed to be served and all bars/tables used to serve them MUST fit within your allotted display space. If you plan on serving samples of your own food/beverage, please read through this sampling information packet and fill out and submit this form by May 16. A letter of donation, zero-balance invoice and 30% buy-out fee will be required. Please read through this Indemnity Agreement for insurance requirements. This document must be signed and sent to Patricia.Urena@cultivatedny.com.
Zero Waste
Since 2015, GreenBiz has been pursuing the goal of generating as close to zero waste as possible, from set-up to close-down, for its events. We're continuing this challenge for GreenFin 24. All stakeholders - GreenBiz, venue staff and display sponsors - will work together to send as little waste to the landfill as possible through procurement, planning, education and sorting.
Display Sponsor Requirements
All display sponsors are required to review the Zero Waste Guidelines and take the Zero Waste Survey by May 24 to ensure compliance with the event’s waste management policies.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the guidelines, please reach out to your customer success manager.
